In pricing structure we have tried to keep it on the same level as the previous conferences that have been examples to follow. We have tried to put together a program that will be highly enjoyed and not forgotten for a long time.
You will be able to pay via PayPal once you have registered to the website. Click here, fill out the registration form and login. You will get back to this page and be able to pay via PayPal. If you already registered to this website, please login via the small form at the top right of this page.
The venue has been booked, bus transfers as well, pre-conference activity organizers need to know the number of participants – the earlier you register and do the payments the less risk it holds on organizers.

Payment:
For those of you who are unable to pay via PayPal, or have special arrangements, payments can be made at the site at arrival. This will have an extra cost of € 25,00 and is only possible after consultation with the host. You still need to register to the EEEurope website via this link (which is for free).
The conference fee includes:
- Conference fee
- Accommodation at Det ny Sletten (29th of April until 3th of May)
- Contribution to activities/workshops, equipment a.s.f.
- Pick-ups on 29th of April plus return on 2nd or 3rd of May in times given on the page “How to get there”
- Scholarship fund
The pre-conference fee includes:
- Pre-conference fee
- Accommodation at Det ny Sletten (26th of April until 28th of May)
- Pick-ups on 26th of April
- Instructors, equipment, activities, facilities, transportation and lunch during the pre-conference
Both fees do not include:
- Beverages (charged separately)
- Special pick-ups (extra 15 euros will be charged)
Making the conference cheaper
If you prefer to camp in your tent, the cost will be reduced with 60 euros for the pre-conference and 80 euros for the main conference. If you prefer other accommodation, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You can also consider applying for the scholarship fund.

Cancellations
If you are not able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have already paid but there is someone else participating instead of you, let us know , there will be no fees for doing it. Any questions, ideas, thoughts suggestions, critique – please, let us know . This is the only way to make the conference the most enjoyable for all of us.
