Safety and insurance

Please ensure that you have the necessary insurance arrangements to cover you for any likely problems that you might experience whilst at the conference. We suggest that you bring a travel insurance covering any kind of problems with cancellations of flights or loss of luggage, covering health or medical needs that might occur, and for general activities in the outdoors (planned for pre-conference, might have some risks involved even if minimized). And of course, remember to bring your insurance documents with you!

Entering Denmark

If you are travelling into Denmark as an EU/EEA national, all you need is a passport or equivalent personal identification document. Some EU countries issue personal identification cards (besides passports) that allow your entry in Denmark, but please note that a passport is the only widely accepted personal ID for foreign nationals. However, Nordic country nationals will not need a passport to enter Denmark.

If you are from a country outside the EU/EEA, you may need a visa from your local Danish diplomatic representation. The Danish Immigration Service maintains a list of countries with visa requirements.
