Thursday 15th May: Conference will start at 18.30 hours. Pickups and arrivals: in the train station of El Escorial. Pick ups will be arrange from 15.00h until 18.00h, a shuttle bus will take participants to the camping site. Trains from Nuevos Ministerios ( this is the main central station where the metro from the airport will leave you) arrive to the El Escorial every hour so you have 3 possibilities to get in time for the shuttle bus.
If you arrive out of the arranged pick up times, you can get a taxi in the train station. If you have any problems call Robert +34680137070 or Lely +34699957021.
Friday 16th May:All day workshops and our typical EEE International Dinner, so please bring as many super delis food and drink from your country, we will reinforce this dinner with paella, a typical rice dish from the mediterranean.
Saturday 17th May:All day workshops. At 19.00h we will do an evening walk throught the nice Spanish countryside, around 15 km. After the walk, we will dinner in the camping, a nice outdoor barbeque .
If we have more energy left we have our disco night, so please bring as much music you can from your country for our dancing night.
Sunday 18th May:
All day workshops until 18.00h.participants leaving this day will have a shuttle taxi to the train station ( this cost is not covered ) .
At 18.30h, for those who feel like a turistic visit, we will go to the city of Segovia ( this visit is optional at 65,00€ per person )
We will walk around the city and afterwards we will have dinner. We will arrive late at the camping site.
Monday 19th May: Morning EEEurope meeting till 12.00h. after the meeting we have a Spanish light lunch, and then there will be a shuttle for the participants to the train station.
