Payment:

You will be able to pay via PayPal once you have registered to the website. Click here, fill out the registration form and login. You will get back to this page and be able to pay via PayPal. If you already registered to this website, please login via the small form at the top right of this page.
For those of you who are unable to pay via PayPal, or have special arrangements, payments can be made at the site at arrival. This will have an extra cost of € 25,00 and is only possible after consultation with the host. You still need to register to the EEEurope website via this link (which is for free).

The fee includes: 

• Accommodation of 4 nights.
• Full pension during the duration of the conference from the dinner of the 15th till the light lunch on the 19th.
• Coffee, tea and water during the conference.
• Use of the meeting room.
• Shuttles from station to camping the first day and last day.
• Cover without financial risk the cost of the conference.
• Cover the cost of our website and webhosting.
• Having a  budget left for 2009 conference.

• Trip to Segovia and dinner, on the 18th, price per person € 65,00 (Optional).
