What to Bring

For our traditional International Dinner

Please bring any of the items listed below, to be set out on a table, be tasted and feasted on during the night – and maybe for the next few days.

• Bring something typical from your country, region, or town
• Bring something homemade, sweet or salty
• Bring something to drink: alcoholic or non-alcoholic

For the weather

The conference will take place in the middle of Spring in a Greek Island, so it could be either warm with temperatures in the mid to high twenties (centigrade) or humidity at nights. So, bring a wide range of clothing to cover all eventualities.

• Rain gear & hiking boots
• Sun lotion, hat & shades
• Mosquitoes protection lotion
• You may also want to bring: your swimming  costume

As we are talking for an island on the north of Aegean sea it will be preferable to be prepared for all weather types! At nights humidity from the sea will be sensed!
