Pre - Conference 2012

Our aim is to provide a mix of activities that will give to the participants an opportunity to experience the unique Greek nature, culture and traditions as well as relaxation and socialization. 

The Pre-conference starts with arrivals at the venue in the afternoon of April 22, 2012 between 15.00 and 18.00 hrs. Sunday evening, April 22, provides a time for settling into Delfinia hotel & bungalows, a tour to familiarize with the place, meeting people, and enjoying a tasteful Greek dinner with a spectacular sea view. The Pre-conference activities start on Monday, April 23.  The Pre-conference concludes on Wednesday April 25, 2012, 15.30 hrs.

Our Pre-Conference will include activities in a Petrified forest (trees having turned completely into stone), a unique monument in the whole area of Europe, created by the high volcanic activity in the area millions years ago, natural baths (hamam)-hot springs in island village, delicious meals in small traditional and picturesque fishing villages and some adventure. Weather permitting, we will also enjoy short boat trips.
