Cost of the Conference 2012

Conference

These costs include:

• conference fee
• accommodation in large sea-view bungalows (3 people / bungalow)
• all meals (starting with dinner on April 25, and finishing with breakfast on April 29.  Beverages are charged separately )
• use of conference rooms and workshop rooms
• shuttle service from Mitilini Airport in predefined time
• € 20,00 contribution to the scholarship fund

Making the conference cheaper

We offer you the opportunity to camp in the area of venue. The only way we made this possible after negotiation, is that the camping is accompanied with the use of a triple room. This option will offer you a reduction of 52 euros from the total conference fee (maximum number for camping  : 4 people).

If the fee is withholding you form participating, while you think you can add to the conference and gain from it as well, you can apply for a scholarship.

Pre-conference

These costs include:

• pre-conference fee, including all hires, transportation, entry tickets, meals, etc.
• accommodation in large sea-view bungalows (3 people / bungalow)
• all meals (starting with dinner on Sunday 22, and finishing with lunch on April 25), beverages are charged separately

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to a charge. For both the conference and the pre-conference, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend.
