I left Madrid (EEE 2008) with a new mantra: 'Minimum Design for Maximum Freedom' . So I thought I would offer a workshop about applying this mantra to programme and activity design. Here is my account (plus a few extras) of the 'Less is More' workshop in Estonia. By some happy (or sad?) coincidence, the Estonian toilet paper dispensers were branded 'Less is More'.
