There is a question that keeps coming back to me: How to facilitate experiential learning in the best way possible? From my point of view, there is no objective 'best way', because our work has a lot to do with who we are as person in our role of facilitator/trainer. But there have to be key-criteria that make a difference between good/bad facilitating/facilitators. I propose to explore what they are. In preparation of this workshop, I started reading theories about faciliation of experiential learning. I will bring some of the texts and my own insights to this workshop. If you bring your experience/questions/answers and random thoughts.... we will together try to create personal theories about 'good facilitation'. 1.5 hours I think.
