This session will cover:

  • a research-based leadership development model
  • the keys to the most powerful developmental experiences
Tim has been reviewing and researching the field of leadership development for the past year. He'll share his results and his recommendations for a 14 year leadership/management development program with 40 Alaska Native graduates and 7 current participants. He's served as the professional coach for the program since its creation in 1995.
The session format will be experiential, discussion, and Question & Answer-based.
