Bert Hellinger has developed a specific way of systemic work, involving constellations. A client will place representatives in a constellation that represents the system his question is about. The representatives in the constellation are able to sense and verbalise a wealth of information that is present in the system, and that normally stays unrevealed. In a specific type of constellation, it is possible to take a closer look at the qualities of the relation that a consultant/ trainer has with the client system, and the effects that different positions and approaches may bring. I would like to work with some real questions from people about their impact on a client system. In doing so, I hope that some of the principles of this type of work will show themselves.
